Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment: -Our Saturday art sessions generally run alongside academic terms. -A full term typically consists of 11 consecutive weekly sessions. -Bookings for both term packages and single sessions open on our website [TheOpenArtClub.com] a few weeks before the first session of each term. -Booking and payment are required in full before attending any class or workshop. -Payments can be made online via our website. Bank transfer, cash, or cheque payments may be accepted by arrangement. -All prices are final — no VAT is charged on our services. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. If a session becomes fully booked, you may choose to join our waiting list. For first-time registration, we will request a valid email address, an emergency contact number, and relevant information about allergies, medical conditions, or special educational needs. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing this information for under-18 participants. Members’ Portal Access: For term bookings, participants will receive access to our online members’ portal, which includes: -Recordings of the 15-minute opening lecture for each session -Personalised demonstration videos -Lesson resources and references Access lasts for the duration of the booked term. Cancellations, Credits, and Refunds: -After booking and payment, you have a cooling-off period of 7 working days to cancel and receive a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. -If you cancel after this period but before the term or single session begins, we may offer a credit at our discretion. -No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, whether part of a term package or a single booking. -If we cancel a class, you will be offered either a credit or a refund. -If a session is cancelled due to unscheduled venue closures or external events beyond our control, alternative class options will be offered where possible. No refunds will be given. -In extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel at short notice to ensure safety. Alternative dates will be arranged where possible, but no refunds will be given. Attendance & Behaviour: -All participants are expected to arrive on time and be respectful to instructors and fellow students. -Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave a session without refund. - Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that under-18 participants are collected on time after the session ends.
